This may be a positive improvement overall.
However, some of the information and details are very poor and we suggest that:
Advice/conditions should be provided to ensure signage appropriate to the property and its surroundings, given the increasing number of retail units with inappropriate/illegal signage appearing on premises around the town. Such advice would help prevent the need for future possible enforcement action as has recently taken place with regards to similar changes of use.
